Measurement is Key!

InclusionINC believes that measurement and evaluation are critical to the success of your inclusion & diversity initiative. We leverage measurement and evaluation in our training programs, as well as consulting services.

InclusionINC closes each learning event (classroom or e-learning) with an evaluation tool to measure reactions, with predictive indicators for Level 3 transfer of skills. We may also administer 30/60/90-day follow-up evaluation surveys. InclusionINC then summarizes these results to predict on-the-job application of inclusive business behaviors and skills.
