This week marks the 23rd anniversary of InclusionINC! That is 23 years of linking inclusion, diversity and equity to business success.

We pride ourselves on being a pioneer in this industry and highly adaptable to changing business conditions.

Through our cutting-edge research and unique business-focused approach to learning, we have been able to reach over 22,000 executive leaders and over 374,000 individual contributors in the past 5 years!

• 2001 - InclusionINC was founded

• 2012 - Conducted the ground-breaking Global Inclusion Index & launched the first of its kind InclusionSCORECARD

• 2013 – Established Impact4Health subsidiary to address healthcare disparities

• 2014 - Published Engelmeier’s 2nd book “Becoming an Inclusive Leader: How to navigate the 21st Century Global Workforce”

• 2017 - Engelmeier delivers powerful TedX talk “The Shift to Inclusion”

• 2018 - Published Engelmeier’s 3rd book “Inclusion: STILL thetitive Business Advantage”

• 2020 - Launched our new Conscious Inclusion learning programs
